Midwestern Medical Supply will never sell, rent, or exchange any of your information with any other company, third party, or individual. Our customer’s will always have a piece of mind knowing when they shop with us that their personal information is protected and secure.

When ordering through Midwestern Medical Supply the only information that is recorded on file is the customer’s name, email, and the order placed. Through our system we can only view the last 4 digits of the purchasing card used and the billing address that matches that card. This ensures our customers that when ordering online they are the only one able to view their sensitive information. If the order is placed over the phone the credit card information is put into our system immediately and when the order is placed the information is permanently deleted and never kept on file unless it is requested for future purchases.

When setting up a profile (Click on Sign In) we only require your name, address, phone number and email. A confidential password of your choosing is required to match your registered email when signing in (we are unable to view this password, so PLEASE remember it). By signing in we are able to email you tracking, coupons (by request), and any updates or valid information on the products you require.
